Antibody Fragmentation
We can generate Fab or Fab2 antibody fragments from your IgG antibodies when bivalency and/or the presence of an Fc domain is not required. Minimum starting quantity is 5 mg IgG.
Timescale & Processes
Step 1 – 1 week – Small scale trial digestion(s) to optimise conditions.
Step 2 – 1 week – Full scale digestion, purification and SDS PAGE analysis.
